This my own recipe inspired by Googling based on ingredients I had on hand, particularly apples, since they go well with pork. I opted to serve mine with half an avocado sprinkled with green onion.

TORONTO — SanDisk has officially started shipping its anticipated ULLtraDIMM Solid State Drive (SSD) with select enterprise servers, describing the ultra-low latency drive as an industry first. The ULLtraDIMM SSD leverages Diablo Technologies’ memory channel storage (MCS) architecture. Yet another deep freeze in Toronto is perfect weather for chili in my slow cooker. As beans don’t fall within the Paleo Diet (I’m not a big fan of them even if they are a main component of most chili recipes) I went hunting for a chili recipe to compensate for the lack of beans. Ultimately, the trick is to add more veggies.

Call them what you will – egg muffins or mini frittata cups – this is a fun way to eat your eggs, and on Paleo, I eat a lot of eggs, usually scrambled or as omelettes, since over easy and poached aren’t as fun without toast for dipping.
Spray a muffin tray with non-stick spray. I use olive oil. Be generous or you’ll have trouble getting them out.
I love pancakes. When I was a kid my parents used to take me to a restaurant in Billings Bridge Mall in Ottawa for pancakes as a treat.
However, on the Paleo Diet, pancakes and pastries are a no no, and I often miss having something sweet with my morning coffee. (I eat a lot of eggs).
There’s a tasty alternative, though, for making pancakes in a Paleo-friendly manner, and a number of different recipes floating around the Internet, but I found this simple approach made for a delicious result.
Depending on who you talk to, DDR4 memory may be available now, this spring, or not until the end of the 2014. Companies such as Samsung and SK Hynix began manufacturing their first DDR4 chips in early 2011, prior to the release of the JEDEC DDR4 DRAM standard in September 2012, and there are offerings out on the market available to design engineers. Micron-owned memory maker Crucial, for example, initially announced plans to sell DDR4 as early as December, but now commercial availability of its new DDR4 modules is not expected until the spring.
